“In the realm of men's personal development, confusion, complexity, and inaccessibility are far too common. It's time for a change.”

His-story…
Laurence H Johns has spent a quarter of a century working with men.
He did not arrive at this work through theory.
Raised in a harder version of East London, he learned early about survival, pressure, and the models of masculinity men inherit without choosing.
In his twenties he built a successful business in the rare book trade, travelled widely, and directed a feature film.
From the outside, things looked good.
But life has a way of forcing harder questions.
The financial crash of 2008 brought a reckoning: near bankruptcy, bailiffs at the door, and a son on the way.
That was the moment everything changed.
What shifted the direction of his life was not a programme or a philosophy.
It was other men.
Through the ManKind Project he found a form of brotherhood built on honesty, challenge, and accountability.
He has carried that work forward ever since.
Today he works privately with men facing decisive moments in their lives.
The aim has always been the same.
To make men’s personal development real, practical, and useful when life becomes difficult.
“After 23 years walking this path – On my own and with other men – I’ve seen what works. The patterns. The themes. The real journey. When taken in the right order, at the right pace, it can save a man decades. I’m on a mission to rewrite the story of men’s personal development and make it accessible to all.”
