If men don’t speak for themselves, someone else will speak for them.

Action

Laurence’s work doesn’t stop in the room. It moves outward  -  into culture, systems, and the places where men’s presence matters most.

He co-founded Masculinity X, a grassroots initiative making men’s development visible and accessible where it’s most needed. His projects  -  from residential trainings to community campaigns  -  are built to show what happens when men step up with honesty, resilience, and service.

Where his action shows up:

  • Movements. Co-founder of Masculinity X, creating connection, challenge, contribution and celebration at scale.

  • Media. Podcasts, panels, films and writing that cut through noise with clarity and place men’s voices back in the public square.

  • Partnerships. Working with organisations, activists and communities to put positive masculinity back into workplaces, schools, and culture at large.

  • Campaigns & culture. Public-facing projects that shift the narrative from men as the problem to men as the medicine.

For Laurence, action is the proof. Authority isn’t built on theory but on men standing visible, accountable, and useful in the world around them.

“Men are not the poison. Men are the medicine. Action is how we remind the world.”
