TRAINING

Known as “the mentors’ mentor,” Laurence brings over 23 years of deep, practical experience to training those who work with men.

He supports men’s work organisations, facilitators, and government bodies to grow in confidence, clarity, skill, and safety.

This is not theory for theory’s sake. It’s hands-on training, rooted in lived work and informed by depth psychology, leadership models, and years of field-tested practice.

From mentoring group leaders to advising councils on men’s wellbeing, Laurence’s role is to ensure the work is real, safe, and effective - especially with the hardest-to-reach men.

“Men’s personal development is often seen as straightforward - four archetypes, emotional clarity, direct communication. But beyond that, the grass gets long. What really matters for safety and effectiveness is knowing what happens when you step outside those familiar lines.”
